In 2009, I was honored at the Watermark Awards for Variety and Excellence as a top personal trainer in the Tampa Bay area. Out of all considered trainers in the area, local people voted me third place in the category.  Thank you Tampa Bay! I'm honored and excited by this award!

Congratulations on taking the first step to fitness excellence!
You're here because you want to know more!
You already know my name, so here's a little more about me.

My History:
I'm 35 years old.  I grew up in a small community in the NYC Tri-State area.  Eleven years ago, I moved to Florida and have built a stable and enjoyable life here.

I have been an athlete for 21 years, but until 5 years ago, was more out-of-shape than I had ever been in my life.  That's when I decided, like you are on your way to doing now, that it was time to change and live a "fitness lifestyle"...not just be a "guy who works out".

My Values:
I am a long-time believer in the idea that you have to work hard to achieve your goals. You can find my greatest strengths not only in my athleticism, but in my enthusiasm for fitness, athletics, and world of endurance sports.

I come from a family of non-athletes so I’ve worked hard for my accomplishments and I’m excited to help you on your way to achieving great things! Whether your goal is to lose 2 pounds or 200 pounds…to run 1 mile or 100 miles…to complete a sprint triathlon or an Ironman…to bench press 50 pounds or 500 pounds. It doesn’t matter…your goal means the world to me…if you give it your best, then you WILL succeed.

I am ACE-certified and am proficient in many areas of exercise science. I can help you with weight training, bodyfat loss, speed, high-intensity interval training, and sport-specific athletic conditioning. I am also an accomplished endurance athlete so I can be your personal triathlon or running coach. I have completed 3 Ironman Triathlons and over 30 marathons…you will have an experienced coach!

You can bet the workouts will be hard, but you can also bet that I’ll be there giving you all the encouragement, help, and accolades you can handle! Take a session with me and you’ll find out!

I can train you in my home, I have my own setup and weights.  I can train you in YOUR home, I can bring my setup to YOU!  I can train you outside...there are various parks, running tracks, and even some beaches I can train you on.  In addition, now I can train you at All Imagine MedSpa in North Tampa (Armenia and MLK)! NO GYM MEMBERSHIP NEEDED!!

Think you can't accomplish all this?  You're wrong.
See that before/after picture above?  That's me.

In 2005 I was 22% bodyfat and couldn't run a 10 minute mile.  Today I'm less than 10% and my 5K pace is under 6:15.  My marathon pace is just over 7 minutes per mile.  If I can do all this, SO CAN YOU!
